About
A toolmaker that grew a moulding floor
Family-owned since 2003, from a two-bench tool room in Bukit Mertajam to a 48-press plant in Batu Kawan.
Our story
Twenty-two years of one thing, done properly

Measure the part, write down what you found, and hand it over with the tool.
Keystone Mould started in 2003 as a two-bench tool room in Bukit Mertajam, cutting and repairing moulds for the electronics factories going up around Penang. The first press was second-hand and the first customer paid late. What carried the shop was a simple habit: measure the part, write down what you found, and hand it over with the tool.
That habit is now a plant in Batu Kawan with forty-eight presses, a Class 8 cleanroom and its own metrology room — but it is still the whole method. We win work because a buyer can send us a rough model and get back a manufacturable design, a firm price and a date, and then find that the parts match the T1 report months into the run. Nothing about that is glamorous. It is just what a moulding partner is supposed to do.

How we work with you
The same four steps, every programme
Enquiry & DFM
Send the drawing, resin and annual volume. We return a DFM note, a tooling quote and a lead time, usually within three working days.
Tooling & T1 samples
The mould is cut and assembled in our tool room, then sampled. You get T1 parts with a full dimensional report.
Validation & PPAP
Process windows are set and locked, capability is proven, and we submit ISIR or full PPAP to your requirement.
Production & delivery
Scheduled runs with in-line checks, then kitted, labelled and shipped — ex-works, DAP or into your VMI bins.
Have a part to quote?
Send us a drawing and a volume. We'll send back a plan.
A quote covers the tool, the part price at your volume, the lead time and the DFM changes we'd recommend. No obligation, and your files stay under NDA.
